oakland 57, san francisco 52, san jose 53. and concord only 55 degrees. tonight 40, the big story is it will be raining for many of you tonight. here's the reason why. we have been tracking this since it was off the coast of oregon yesterday. now this upper level area of low pressure is making its closest pass to us over the next six hours. there it is, the counterclockwise swirl bringing up a lot of moisture and that's going to continue until about midnight tonight. upper low giving showers this evening and tonight. for some of you in the south bay, showers in the morning, but then the rain chance will be gone for a while. high pressure will build in giving us sunny skies by friday afternoon. chilly tomorrow though. but not chilly, it will be warm by the top of next week with widespread highs in the low 70s. so showers on the increase right now. rain will be done by tomorrow morning. but it will be wet at times for the morning commute especially in the south bay. through the weekend and next week, mainly sunny skies well into next week. so we are looking
